I came across this video today on Ed Stetzer’s blog (thanks Ed!) and it moved me in a huge way. If this doesn’t get your attention then – well let’s just say you’re heartless. As followers of Christ we are called to share His love with others. Period. That’s it. And yet, we rarely tell others about Jesus. Maybe seeing this video will help you understand (from an Atheist) how important it is to truly live out your faith. Live for Him this weekend – tell someone what Jesus has done for you – what He is doing in your life right now – look them in the eyes - be sincere - invite that person to worship with you this weekend. Go proselytize! Penn says: I don't respect people who don't proselytize. If you believe that there's a heaven and hell, and people could be going to hell, and you think, 'Well, it's not really worth telling them this because it would make it socially awkward'... How much do you have to hate somebody not to proselytize?
Proselytize?????

Very good post Joe--We can learn a lot if we just listen to how people think about us.
Sometimes I think we as the church worry about stupid things when there are souls that need Jesus--the most important of all--bringing souls to Jesus!!
I saw this on Travis Penn's blog yesterday. Very moving. I'm going to use it in an upcoming sermon series.
Wow!!
